The Board of Commissioners and President Director of PT Geostructure Dynamics are committed to implementing ethical and clean business practices by implementing an anti-bribery system policy based on ISO 37001: 2016 by:

 

• Uphold the values of integrity to realize good corporate governance.

• Applying the principle of zero tolerance for violations of prevailing rules and regulations, Code of Conduct of the Company, and Principles by all Individuals and the stakeholders of the Company in their actions or implementation of their tasks.

• Always comply with applicable anti-bribery systems and government regulations, and conduct compliance evaluations of their implementation.

• Prepare, implement, and fulfill the requirements of the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) to achieve anti-bribery targets.

• Encourage every employee to participate in conveying in good faith and based on reasonable belief regarding bribery or potential bribery, and ensure that there is no retaliation against employees who do so.

• Continuously make an effort to improve and evaluate the ABMS in line with the company's objectives.

• Establish an Anti-Bribery Compliance Function (ABCF) that has the responsibility and authority to ensure the effective implementation of ABMS to achieve the set targets

• Conducting supervision on the implementation of the ABMS Commitment and applying sanctions for every violation by the provisions of the Company’s and prevailing rules and regulations.
