Geostructure is committed to making Occupational Safety and Health a top priority by implementing an Occupational Safety and Health system based on ISO 45001: 2018
In every activity, PT Geostructure Dynamics, subcontractors, and other supporters have to follow:

Provide healthy and safe work facilities and infrastructure for all workers,

Identify potential hazards, conduct hazard assessments, and control these hazards for all work activities,

Comply with all regulations Occupational Safety and Health legislation and other related and applicable provisions,

Develop and foster the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) continuously,

Prevent work accidents and work-related diseases,

Create Occupational Safety and Health protocols, programs, and targets for work activities,

Receive and provide positive input for Occupational Safety and Health activities from all workers and parties involved,

Every employee has the right to stop a job if it is considered dangerous for acceptable reasons.
All Management, Employees, and subcontractors of PT Geostructure Dynamics are required to be actively involved in achieving the Occupational Safety and Health Targets and Policies and make this policy a framework.
